GMGI has launched a vibrant science learning environment, with Gloucester Biotechnology Academy as the program’s core. Located at 55 Blackburn Center, the Academy is focused on training local high school graduates and students ages 18-26 for jobs as biotech lab technicians through workforce training and paid internships. In preparation for their internships students spend two semesters in the Academy’s state-of-the-art lab learning environment, studying a proprietary curriculum developed by the Academy’s leadership.

To attract the best possible candidates, regardless of socioeconomic hardship, the academy will have
NO TUITION OR FEES FOR THE 2017-2018 ACADEMIC YEAR.
